What's the cost?
With so many factors to consider, we need to complete a cost assessment to be able to provide you with a pricing. Generally, pricing will range from around $250 to $425+ per participant. Pricing may be a fixed instructor fee or per participant fee per you preference. Travel / accommodation costs plus provided workshop materials &/or tool usage.
How to proceed
Submitting the below form is the first step in exploring the possibilities and to allow us to complete a costs analysis. Before completing the form, please review the definitions of your role in the request:

Referrer - You are proposing / suggesting a location in your area. As a referrer, please provide a contact for the location in your submission.

Coordinator - As the event coordinator, you may choose the level of your implication. eg. You are offering the use of your private studio. You will be our point of contact for the event but we will take care of the publishing the workshop and collect registrations.

Organizer - As a studio / location owner or representative of a guild / association, your organization will be responsible for the publication, marketing and collection of all fees. We will provide marketing and publicity materials along with details (re-directing to your website) on our website.
COVID 19
TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
Due to travel restrictions imposed by national or regional governments, certain locations outside of Canada may not be currently available.

However, planning tentative / flexible dates 6 - 12 months in advance will allow for the confirmation of workshops upon the removal of travel restrictions.
